Description

Limbo

Limbo is our primary OOC location. It's the break-room of the site, and a good location to get to know your fellow players. It is considered a strictly OOC location - so you area allowed to post on your personal account in this room. This room is a great location to ask for casual RP, or coordinate more complicated plans between players. During a session it may also be used by the A/SH to coordinate players or answer OOC questions during play.

Otherwise, the same Site Policies apply in Limbo that apply elsewhere: Be nice.

Yeah I looked up Chris's character sheet and all the info I had was there. Skills and descriptions and items. I can only imagine the change of the guard happening.

we do have code to let you

we do have code to let you grab copies of a character before toasting anything and I'll be glad to help with that if the script is having trouble! So you shouldn't lose that data if you want to keep it

it just sounds like you were last on before we even swapped over to drupal? which is a LOT of time and changes since then - and a lot of people have rotated over the last 6 years too, so if the SHs from then didn't leave us any notes to follow up on plots we'll be sort of lost

at the very least getting started with a new one will get you going faster and get you an idea what the site is like now before going through the review process for older characters to get equipment and skills up to match the current system

lemme see if i can find the returning player rundown of things...

oh hey! and yeah - loaaaaads of changes over the years if you've been away for awhile - i would honestly recommend getting started by rolling XP over to new characters so you can slide into the updated version of the site smoothly

its not just you, it is definitely running slower.

Thought at first maybe was just a blip last night
(kept getting an : this site has encountered an unexpected error when trying to navigate around and stuff)

After a while I could get on, but it was just REALLY slow.

Its better now, but still slow it took me about 20 to 30secons now to load pages on average

Headups - in the process of

Headups - in the process of getting started back here i'm gonna try to get our server version updated and set up to use SSH

And then we'll get rolling again here for RP yes? I've got my eye on at least one RP potential that seems to have a matching play style if you're up for well... getting a newbies feet wet ;p
