... Go to a lower class neighborhood containing mostly African Americans, not get a job just about anywhere, see the local KMart building that went out of business six years ago but no one ever fixed up, visit one of our many failing schools, loot abandoned homes for copper wiring...

But, if you want to stay local, you can always just go down the street and buy narcotics.
